Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Reyes Vision eye care services and eyewear products. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Comprehensive eye exams, contact lens evaluations, DMV eye exams, work/school/travel eye exams, eyewear sales, and insurance claim processing.

Walk-Ins Welcome

We welcome walk-ins, though appointments are recommended for reduced wait times.

Insurance and Payment

We accept most major insurance plans. You are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and understanding your coverage. Uninsured patients pay in full at time of service.

Prescription Rights

You will receive a copy of your prescription at no charge, valid for one year per New York State law.

Appointment Policy

Call (212) 543-3937 to schedule. 24-hour cancellation notice requested. No-shows may incur a $25 fee. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be rescheduled.

Contact Lens Services

Includes evaluation, fitting, and care instructions. You are responsible for following care instructions and attending follow-up appointments.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New York State law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith discussion or small claims court/mediation.
