Reyes Vision is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds on services and eyewear products.

Eye Care Services

Eye care services are non-refundable once performed. If a service is not completed due to our error, we will re-perform it at no charge. If dissatisfied, contact management within 48 hours.

Return Window

Eyewear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if unused, with original packaging and receipt.

Prescription Eyewear

Custom prescription eyewear is non-refundable once dispensed. Exceptions: manufacturing defects, prescription errors by our staff, or fit issues due to our fitting error (within 7 days).

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses are non-refundable once opened. Incorrect prescriptions or defective lenses will be replaced at no charge.

Warranty

Frames: 2-year manufacturer defect warranty. Lenses: Manufacturing defect warranty. Complimentary adjustments within 30 days of purchase.
